Delivery

Delivery is complimentary.

Each artwork is carefully packaged in my Helsinki studio and sent with tracked delivery.

Personal delivery within Southern Finland or studio pick-up can be arranged by appointment, depending on the size of the piece.

For certain destinations, additional legal or regulatory requirements may result in exceptionally high costs. In such cases, I reserve the right to cancel the order. Any payment made will be refunded in full as soon as possible.

Packaging & Care

Every work is carefully protected and packed to ensure it arrives safely. I personally oversee the packing of each original artwork before it leaves the studio.

Returns & Cancellations

Online purchases are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable under EU consumer law.

Please contact me before making a return. Return shipping and any associated return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The artwork must be returned carefully packaged and in its original condition.

Commissioned and personalised artworks are non-returnable where the statutory exemption applies.

If an artwork arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

Payments

Secure online payment by card or PayPal.

All transactions are handled through secure payment providers. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT.

About the Editions

Each artwork is either an original or part of a limited edition of fewer than thirty prints.

Details about materials, dimensions and edition size are included on each individual artwork page.

EU Product Information

Original artworks are created solely for artistic purposes and fall within the works-of-art exemption under the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).

Product and safety information for prints and other reproduced products is provided with the relevant product listing.

Visits & Viewings

You’re warmly welcome to visit my studio or view works at Kollab Vallila by appointment.
